Wow! What I got from that story was that I’m sure he didn’t wear a seat belt (they don’t mention it but since it was a suicide attempt I’d say he didn’t wear it) there are no air bags, no impact style bumpers,,,,just good ole heavy Detroit steel,,,and he survived! Sounds like he barely survived but he survived none the less. Tells me that even though today’s safety equipment might be a good thing, it’s still hard to beat the durability of a big steel car.

That thing is a complete mess.
