Optioned out its 100k. The C6 ZR1 was more expensive because it came mostly optioned out with suspension and brake goodies.

Hell a fully optioned C7 Z51 is in the mid 70s plus add in dealer markup and you can buy a z06 for near the same price.

1000 whp and only 10.20's? I'm sorry, but that isn't much to brag about. Sure, traction isn't there (on 20" rims), as is evident by the trap speed, but still.

I think it's sad that cars are now being priced at 70K+ and we consider that a "steal". I paid $109K for a HOUSE.

No need imo...would have probably blown up the rear end because it's more than likely stock.

    I'm assuming that anyway...

    It's the new American Way.

Spend money you don't have buying things you don't need in order to impress people you don't know. What a Deal!

Actually, it's a variation of a quote from Will Rogers

Too many people spend money they earned..to buy things they don’t want..to impress people that they don’t like. –Will Rogers

Edit: Found the one you were thinking about

In the words of Tyler Durden:
"Advertising has us chasing cars and clothes, working jobs we hate so we can buy sh!t we don't need."

It is all relative. Unless I am making 200k a year I cant see a 100k car in my garage. Even then, probably not.

I have about 55k in my car as it is and if I keep it probably another 6k will be dumped in it.
