2001 Ws6 vs 2011 Mustang 5.0

Ws6 had passenger in the car for the first two races and bogged on the first one...but the last two shows Ls1 still pwns!

I see a 5.0 owning a WS6 twice and a WS6 pulling about a car once and less the other time

Nasty wheels didnt help the TA IMO

this vid is REALLY old the owners of both cars posted up their ends of the story on tech first race its obvious there was driver error, the second one the ws6 had bad wheel spin from what was said the last race which was pretty even was the one they agreed on was the legit one.

both cars are fast no debating that, but either way its impressive that a 10 year old car can hang with a new one being pretty much stock

Well, I see two people in the ws6 and one in the mustang making it the only reason the 5.0 even pulled on the second race. Last two races the ws6 pulled on the 5.0. Either way a win is a win but the point being is that ls1's still got it 10 years later.

I saw it but unless the passenger was 1000lbs the weight wont make as much of a difference as how bad the 5.0 raped the TA in the first two races. Last two races were good but a M6 almost always has the advantage in a roll race over a stock Auto. Either way they are nice cars minus the TA wheels

Obviously weight made a difference. But too bad the 5.0 has 412hp and 390 trq and barely did all that

...and yeah the rims blow

Camaro ZL1 > 5.0 everytime and all the time.

Even if you don't like the looks, you can sell it and buy 4 5.0's

I owned an 01 Formula and now a 11 5.0 and I must say that I don't miss the Formula at all. The Mustang is just so much better put together car than the old Formula. They are probably about the same in speed.. but just the turning of the mustang is 10x's better than the truck like parking of the camaro/firebird.

it should be nicer-- it's almost 2 decades newer.
