What the hell was he riding? A 'busa or V-Max!? I've pegged my Magna when I had it as did my buddy with his 'Hawk and we only cranked maybe 165 and 140 respectively at that.. though he ended up effing up his spedo and bike in the process. That was a fun day.
Maggie lived to be sold for rent money though... not a fun day.

205 on a cbr1000.....i'd say its possible on a 2 mile stretch and the right gearing and a few mods.
the busas used to be able to do like 215 till they started limiting them to 170 or so.
