    71 chevelle , w 98 camaro ls1 swap, charging help

    So got my swap running and have some gremlins I'm working on. So the alternator isn't working. Checked wiring and the battery end is all good, so its either the 1 red wore from the ecu or the alternator itself.. I checked and this small red wire is the only wore to the alt. It's not getting power when car is on or running, where does it run to, did i wire something wrong or just not functional like this.. i found threads about "hotwiring it to switched 12v and a resistor, so i think ill be going that route.. but if anyone knows adifferent more "stock" route i should use lemme know.

    just wanted to post an update to my above thread.. the red wire from the alternator goes to connector c220 pin A. wired this up to switched power with a resistor inline and my charging system now works correctly.
