    volant cai

it seals to the hood nice and looks cool.
i gained 5 rwhp over a slp lid.
for RAM AIR cars and SSs youll need to use alittle weather strip for a tight seal.

Looks like a nice system, this will fit a non ram-air car?

    Volant

I like mine. It sealed good until the rubber gasket material started peeling. Had to redo.

A couple of guys that I run with all have these.

My car had more mods than the others and therefore whistled as it sucked air. The others started noticing the whine as the cammed, and did other mods.

People think I am supercharged because of it.

i can see that the volant is doing its job better than the lid.
the cone filters are just nasty now after about 1000 miles.

Cone filters do a better job of filtering when they are visably dirty...the mistake many make is cleaning them all the damn time....your not suppose to

I think that you can do a free ram air mod as well to bring air from the bottom of the radiator cover to the bottom of the intake forcing more air to the intake system. Just have to cut a square out of the volant where the radiator is and the rest is on http://www.installuniversity.com
