mufflex bump stop hanger
I installed a mufflex bump stop hanger yesterday and it worked.I have qtp long tubes and ory pipe.The y pipe was hitting the floor when I nailed the gas ...Basically the hanger keeps the y pipe from moving.Thunder racing sells it.

I purchased mine with my headers and havent had any banging problems. I recommend this product when people ask what they can do to stop the y from banging.02 TA A4

I do not have headers but my aftermarket y-pipe was banging:
mufflex bump stop cured that problem.

I bought mine, installed it and the y-pipe still bangs, anyone has a good pic(better than the one in the instructions)to ensure I installed it correctly?

The way to adjust it if it still bangs is to turn it counter clock wise.
