What kind of issues did you have? I bought a similar set off of ebay for my Grand Prix GTP. The only issue I ran into was that the plug that pluges into your factory bulb plug, well, the red and black wire were backwards. I switched the wires and everything works great. I have about 500 miles on them. The wife loves them to comapared to the factory headlights on the Grand Prixs. Let me know what the issue is maybe I can give you some help if your issue is with the product. If it is service the I guess you are on your own.

the company sent me the wrong bulbs....ordered a set of 9006 bulbs and 9005 bulbs and when the packages came there was a box labeled 9006 and another labeled 9005 when i opened the 9005 i found a 9005 and 9006 bulb in the box...contacted the company they wanted me to send pictures in so i explaned that everything was already installed except the wrong bulbs, and they still wanted pictures of ALL the bulbs i took pictures sent them the pics and then they wanted me to send all the bulbs back.....needless to say i ended up just buying another 9005 bulb off ebay. (they wouldn't even give me a US number to call to talk to a rep)
