    Best supporting mods for cam

In the market for some more add ons. Would like to know where I would get most bang for buck. Doesn't have to just be things that increase horsepower either.

Not sure about suspension for the Goat but that $2500 will get you

FAST 102, NW 102 TB, LS2 fuel rails and new injectors and might leave enough room for a tune.

You already have a cam so another option would be heads. You can get a great set match to your cam from AI.

Heads are within that range? And would they be a good option before fast?

Best option would be to save longer and get and install both at the same time; heads and intake...if that's the route you want to go.
    It's stock.

Jons right in it will be cheaper in the cost because of tuning* but you could go either way.

If you have a LS6 intake I'd do the heads first because of the labor it takes to do heads vs an intake swap. Heads can take all day vs 1-2 hrs for intake.

Plus with heads you'll get more for the money vs a FAST intake at first.

If you do go with heads, remember it's also gaskets, fluid change, new head bolts (go ARP) and time to do it. Using the MWR shop on base will help a lot.

    * - If you do them separate you need to tune twice where as at same time it's all in one session.

Saving woukd be the best route, but new heads are rather pricy. Good things come to those who wait I guess lol. And @ SMWS6TA no mwr in Lithuania lol

This has been mentioned to you from several other people before but it bears mentioning again. You really need a converter in that thing, that's a very easy 1/2 second in ET right off the bat for very little money and no loss of drivability. Much easier than a cylinder head change too. That converter should have went in back when you did the camshaft swap anyway. Trust me once the converter is in you'll wonder why you didn't do it sooner.

I'm also thinking this should be in the GTO section?

the converter has been on my mind for quite awhile, but still haven't been completely sure what it will all entail. ill do the research since ill have the time, but it seems way over-do just like the suspension mods I should do. And I apologize ill put it in the correct section next time.
