I want a new ws6 "trans am" equivalent 5th gen camaro

I been looking for ws6 ls1 m6 for ever! I am huge Pontiac fan. So it hard for me to say it. I think I may start looking at some new 5th gen camaro. Now with this said. I dont need a track car or something to put me in the hospital. I'm just would like some help with choosing a car to be equivalent to my beloved trans am. Also I know of the ta kit cars. But I really dont want to a car good car. Then blow 20 thousand in just body kit

thank you for your help! I got the f body in my blood and I cant get it out. my father had the 79 trans am se y84 in Pittsburgh. I loved that car at a early age. somehow I knew it was a great car! now I'm in Florida its my turn to get one.
