Turbo question
I'm picking up my turbo kit this weekend. It's a custom set up. It comes with :
Intercooler
39lb injectors
Turbo
piping
clamps
BOV
Wastegate
Fuel pressure regulator
6.0L ported heads
I already have 255 Walbro pump installed.
The heads are ported but stock valve train.
I'm getting ARP head bolts
I was wondering if I should get new stronger springs and pushrods?
I will be running 8psi spring on the Wastegate.

those injectors won't go much past that 8psi, and may run out before depending on your level of modification

Frost is probably right, (I would use 42#) also the stock valve springs will usually start to float around 8psi. So if you want more boost i would get different springs.
A TYPICAL DAY AT WORK!!!!

I have one on my primary pump, but not my secondary. Since it's always been part of the system, to be honest, I'm not sure exactly what it's worth, but I've seen it stretch some vette's out that were around 540-and slightly up rwhp by 25-45 rwhp. I'm not sure what MSD claims, but that was my experience on those two. Clemsondave's (04 Z06, stock vette pump) setup had one from the get-go and makes 550-575rwhp depending on the dyno and the day with meth and 42s.

Where'd you get the custom setup from? Is it remote mount. I've been trying to decide how to turbo my car and I don't think I want remote mount... I've only seen APS, gale banks, and HPPerformance with front mount kits, so im curious

Couple of guys here in S. Florida made the kit.
Here's a couple of pix and the email if your interested in more info to one of the builders of the kit

They are working on another kit that allows you to keep the battery in stock location. I had to run mine to the rear. We just installed the kit this past weekend.
I still have to do a couple of things; sheild the turbo, wrap the traction control and weld up the center exhaust pipe. Waiting on my wideband to get it to a muffler shop for the welding.
