    supercharger?

My boss has a supercharger.... (not sure of the brand yet) says it will fit my car.

He was saying he had a 99 trans am. But he said it in a way that said he had alot of cars and and coulden't quite recall if it was a 99 or not... lol

He's a car guy, but I don't know if he had his shit right or not. Maybe he had a lt1.... I dunno yet

Anyways what should I look for etc..... What would be a good price on a used supercharger if infact it would fit my car

Would an lt1 charger fit a ls1 or are they completely different.

Sorry if my questions are dumbass.... I don't really have anything to work with yet

the plumbing is the issue.. the blower itself is interchangeable, for the most part, its all how it hooks up that makes them different kit prices vary with what it comes with and can range used from 2500-4700... things you should/would need--besides the obvious blower and piping you will need larger inj/boost a pump (for most applications)/intercooler/guages and a good tune!

Depending on the price, I'd consider a new unit, you may have to buy a bunch of little parts to get it work correctly, or some additional brackets, plumbing, injectors, etc...While a new unit may cost a little more, all the parts will be accounted for, plus you can even get a decent tune included with a new one.

I would just purchase a new unit...as another member stated, at least you know all the parts should and are accountable for.
