The oil isn't getting out of the turbo fast enough. You can go to the oil pump on the back and right beside it there's a pressure switch. It's set to like 3psi from STS but if you take an allen wrench and turn it all the way down and then give it a half a turn back you'll turn it into a 5 psi switch. It should get the oil out quicker. Also, make sure you have the return hose routed OVER the rear axles.

How many miles do you have on the turbo ? You may be pushing oil past the seals ?

What size turbo do you have. You could have them rebuild it to a T67 for only 450.00

I have no idea what you guys are talking about. There are no "magic seals" inside the turbo. A turbo has a loose fitting shaft that is supported by two bearings.....The problem with the STS systems is that sometimes the oil doesn't get evacuated fast enough and it overflows the bearings. I told you to take a look at the switch beside the pump itself. I almost bet there is nothing wrong with your turbo. If you just take an allen wrench and carefully turn the screw all the way down and then back it off by half a turn I bet this would take care of your problem. Is the oil line run over the axles?? If it's not that is your problem. Before you go and waste your money on a rebuild kit or another turbo try this out.....

Yea, I've seen the ebay turbos, I don't know if their good or not, but i've heard they use garrett parts.

To me it dosen't sound like a bad turbo it sounds like something else. Have you checked over everything, is it returning oil? are the relays working? a bad relay can cause oil out the turbo, its happened to me when I got water on it. Is the buzzer going off? And yes the turbo does not have seals.

do you just notice it after you've run the car???? or is it coming out when you drive??? It it's happening after you run it and then it sits for a little while then you could have a bad check valve on the oil line to the turbo......it's allowing the oil to seep inside the turbo.....

Is the buzzer going off? Is the pump comming on? You can also test your power to your check valve.
