    Stock fuel rails

At what H/P numbers is the stock fuel rails and fuel lines from the tank to the manifold maxed out? I have a 98 TA LS1 running stock bottom end, fast 90/90 intake & tb, L/T's, ory, stock heads,(comp cam 54-457-11) 223/231 @.050 112 lsa cam, D1Sc procharger @8-10 lbs, 60lb injectors, 255lph racetronix fp. I also have a snow meth kit running a 50/50 mix at 6 psi for extra insurance. I'm guessing i'm around 500 rwhp until I get a chance to get to the dyno to find out what rwhp i actually have. Any thoughts?

I have a similar set-up. I'm running the Alky kit though and have a stock motor aside from hardened push rods and new valve springs. I put down 500rwhp at around 8-9psi on a Mustang DYNO with a relatively conservative tune and through a Moser 9".

I have the same fuel pump, but 62lb/hr Siemen injectors. I'm still running stock fuel lines and fuel rail. No issues. Not sure what the max is though. It was never brought up in conversation with anyone I spoke to.

I knew you had a very similar setup to me aside from the cam and intake. I guess by what some others have made H/P wise that I should okay, but I guess I really wont find out until I cruise it down to frost to spin the dyno. Thanks for the input.

I think that pump will max out first. It's only good for about 600 or so HP if I recall correctly.

You are correct from what I remember reading before I purchased the pump. I guess if needed, I will install a second inline pump after the original. Id rather just install the intank twins which wouldn't be hard to do, cause I installed an access panel in the hatch when I replaced the orig.
