rebuilding ls1 for STS turbo?

What is the best engine combo to build for this set-up?(383cuin? 8.5:1?)
Kit has upgraded Turbo should support 750H.P.,also has methol injection, Car made 472 rwhp 453ftlbs. Looking to make 600+rwhp (650+ would be even better).
I guess what i'm asking is do you think that the eagle crank is good enoguh for this kind of H.P.(700+ flywheel).
What would you recomend for a camshaft?
Do i need to run a intercooler for 10-14lbs of boost or say with the methol? Is this possible with stock Heads, with good valves and minor port work.Or do i need to look at some other head options.
Will the stock mains handle this or do i need to go billet?
Any help would be great,ran into some extra money(LOL, money is never extra) and it is burming a hole in my pocket every time i take the car for a ride!
