Alright, kinda narrowign my searches. Heres what im considering to get for this build as it slowly develops:

    HOT SIDE
T76 with .96 AR T4 inlet twin scroll (oiless perferable)
44mm adjustable Wastgate with 4-7lbs spring
50mm BOV (i know im an auto but its suppose to be there, so its going there)
    exhaust wrap
Manual boost control (to keep me from playing with the boost in my car too much LOL)
    Maybe a Spool valve.

    COLD SIDE
    2.5" aluminum piping
    4ply couplers
    T-bolt clamps
    compact intercooler

    OIL
Twin Mocal (or better) oil pumps (for pushing and pulling)
    B&M Oil cooler with fan
Some kind of sump tank (2-3 quarts should be good right?)
oil check valves for in and maybe out of turbo
    Oil Feed and drain lines
    Oil Catch Can

    FUEL
255 Racetronics fuel pump with hotwire
    60# injectors (mototron/siemens)

    ENGINE
    Hardened 7.4" Pushrods
    yelloterra rocker arms?
stronger rodbolts (maybe, alittle scared to do that, dont want to mess with the new Kmember)

    ELECTONICS
    3 guage A-pillar pod
    Boost Gauge
    Oil pressure gauge
    Wideband gauge with datalogging capability
Fuel pressure guage under the hood on the fuel rail
AND!!!!! (drum roll please) a REALY REALLY good tune (frost to the rescue?)

    anything i missed?

Im aiming for roughly 500ish HP. rear end is stock and trying to keep i that way but one day when i grow up, maybe a 12bolt.

what about putting a fuel cell in your trunk (yeah i know no more t-tops latching in the back with out custom fabing) and making a shit ton of room for the turbo???

If i went that route, id turn my car into an all out BEAST. But for now im sticking to a semi normal street car. Although upgrading the fuel system would be alot simpler lol

catches oil so it doesn't get into your intake is the short answer.

^^ This. The stock LS1 PCV system is notorious for sucking oil at higher rpm's. I just picked up an Elite Engineering catch can from KY Speed. Looks like a sweet unit -- very well designed and manufactured.

well been doing more research and learning more about turbos and other peoples experience and im thinking Im gonna go with a T76 with a 96. AR with a T$ housing. From what im reading, the T70 with 84 AR with a T3 twin scoll might be too small. I figure i got enough torque downlow (314RWTQ), a higher flowing turbo will not choke the motor as much and make better power later in the band and with a 3200 stall, the trubo will be spooling anyhow. Lag wont be too bad. Besides, i dont drag as much as i drive on the autobahn at high speed

hows this for a rear mounted turbo?
    T76 Godspeed
    TURBO SPEC:
    Intake :4 inch
    Outlet: 2.5 inch
    Compressor trim: .80 ar
    Compressor Wheel diameter 76.80mm / 102.35mm
    Turbine Wheel diameter 72.78mm /64.20mm
    Exhaust trim: .81ar
    Turbine flange type: t4 flange
Downpipe flange type : 3 inch v band flange
    Cooling type: oil cooled only
    Horsepower rating: 1000+ hp
not that ill ever hit 1000hp anytime soon lol but its always nice to know i have that option lol

ive decided to go with the T76. I think it will do me better anyhow. The T3 inlet i think will be a source of restriction.

I was actually looking at getting a Spool valve eventually. I was going to get a twin scrolled turbo and when the system is complete, simply bolt in the spool valve.
