Procharged 08 Corvette rear main oil leak!

2008 Corvette with 16,000 miles, rear main oil seal started leaking after Procharger install. Dealer fixed rear main seal, then car was tuned on chassis dyno and the rear main seal is leaking again. The pcv system was changed as per Procharger's instructions. What Gives!

I can see the OP going round and round with the Dealer on this one because he supercharged it.

    oil leak

I understand the problem that you are having. I had the same problem and even after changing the pcv system to their way I still had the problem. What is happening is that you are building to much crank case pressure and it is blowing by the seals. I had to install a small breather element from Medco on the oil fill hole and my problem was gone . I wish you good luck and happy motoring.

The oil cap breather sounds like the fix, since my LS1 started leaking oil at the rear main seal as soon as the Procharger was installed.

Do you get a heavy oil smell when you come to a stop?

Also, it you install the breather and you are still seaping oil, then the dealer probably F-ed it up which is not uncommon if they take a short-cut while installing the new rear main seal.
