Exclamation New to the LS engines NEED INFO

I am a buick V6 guy running a 9 sec turbo-t stage 2 motor and I want to go to a LQ4. I am tired of running C16. My combo for the V6 is a 244 ci stage 2 motor with a 3 bolt pt-88 turbo, front mount intercooler, and 83 lb injectors running FAST B2B fuel managment. I hear this a easy swap since I have a sumped tank and external fuel pump. I am also running a turbo 400 with brake and a 5500 stahl with a ford 9" 35 spline axles with 3.50 gear on 325 drag radials. Aluminum radiator etc... Tons of money in this car!! ANYWAY I want a solid 10.0 LS setup on pump gas and don't care if its a 5.3 or 6.0. I prefer to do the LQ4. I am trying to make the same 650 @ the wheels as the V6 did. Can I get someone to tell me what I should be looking for. What will the stock internals hold up to? Any info appreciated

Match things up well, turbo to ci I mean. I made 600rwhp at 10psi, but I run 16psi on the street with meth on pump for over 9K hard miles without issue. The f-quick link in my sig has setup in it.
