Not sure if it's "the best" , or what your mechanical attributes are, but it does come complete.

I am partial to Vortech SuperChargers.

if you dont plan of driving in any kind of ill weather conditions the sts kit isnt too bad... but a procharger or vortec its going to be a bit cheaper/safer to drive in the rain.

What car do you have that has the LT? in the 4rth Gen Firebird/Trans am's isn't the engine halfway shoved in the car, i'd be surpised a blower would fit on it.
