what kit are you refuring to or looking at?
there are a lot of junk kit's on ebay but I have found a few that look like they would be pretty good kit's but they still need a fuel ystem to go with them...
none of the one's I have found have been complete bolt on kit's.. most of them are just the turbo's and misc part's...
