    1965 chevelle 2drht ss

    gm mls head gaskets

    Im in process of building a tt ls1 and assembled it with 2000 camaro head gaskets/ graphite. My castings are 853 and max boost will be 18-20 will these gaskets live and if not does gm have an mls gasket for these castings and what part # do iI use thanks.

    2000 trans am ws.6

    GM does have MLS gaskets and you should defenitly use them over the not sure what the part # are though.

    Go with Cometic Head Gaskets. They are by far the best out there.

    However, I will tell you that with what you're wanting to do and how much boost you're wanting to run you'll still run into pushing water past the gaskets. I built my last motor right before they came out with the LSX block, which has two additional bolts per cylinder.

    Best advise I can give you is do a little research...look at what some of the people, that are already running that kind of power are using....we use cometic's on our drag cars and they are making 2500+hp can reuse them....
