    gears

    well I am finally gonna get a new rear end for my car the last thing I need to decide is gears

    the motor is a 408
    76 mm turbo
    3500 stall its probably too high but that is what I have for now
    the car is not a daily driver but I do want it to be able to be I am leaning toward about a 3.50 gear set let me know what you guys are running or suggest

    How much do you want to drive it on the street and how much do you want to drag it? If you want to drag more than street, get at least 3.73s.

    Go with the 3.50's.....I have 3.50's in mine and they are just fine....go too high and you'll spool your turbo too soon...

    thanks for the replys what rpm do you go through the 1/4?
    3.50= rpm
    3.73= rpm
