    block mods for a supercharging.

Has anyone gone sc and did the bottom end for the charger? I was thinking of doing an LS6 swap and eventually S-charging it. I'm guessing you're limited to 4-5 psi stock? 8-10 with a medium SC and forged pistons/rods?

ummmmm.......by ls6 swap what do you mean???
I'd keep the same ol block in there, get the crank balanced and freshened up and buy some decent rods and pistons. Then build up the valve train.
What supercharger are you looking at?
What amount of power do you want?
and is this car street, strip or both????

The car would be more for street/ spectator drags. I ddn't know if it was worth buying a newer LS motor or rebuilding the old one.

The stock crank is good for 800 or more H.P. With forged rods and pistons you should be able to run much more boost than 8-10 psi. Use good studs and bolts.
