What do you think of the SlideFire stock? Vid Included
What do you all think of the SlideFire stock? I just bought one of these and tried it out at the range yesterday. I think I still need a little practice to get down the technique. I kept having problems with my ammo failing to fire after a few bursts. I was using Federal XM855. Not sure what's causing it. I hear these are already illegal in California. Do you think the rest of the states will follow? I think $350 is a bit steep for a piece of plastic but everyone I have shown mine to wants to pick one up as well. If you have the cash to spare and don't want to bother getting a Class III I suggest you try one out. Below is a slow mo vid I took with a GoPro Camera attached to the buttstock.

Looks cool but I wouldn't get one for the price, no need for it.
As for jamming, has you ammo jammed before when rapid firing? What kind of magazines do you use? Are they all the same or different brands?

I was using MagPul PMags for most of the misfires. My cheap steel GI anti tilt mags worked the best.

The slidefire action affects the natural recoil impulse changing the motion of the BCG/buffer.
