While this is great it states " Active Duty or Retired". What about Vets that are not active duty or retired. DS/DS Marine Vet myself. I saw this on a local gun board a few months back... And I did not like the answer I got back then.

All I can tell you is the .pdf form does not ask for any DD214 or anything of that nature...It is one per person so I believe it to be the honor system...they do not even ask you if you are active or retired...nor what branch of the service you served or are actively serving....
