    Yes, Citizens with legal handgun permits are mostly target shooters and have taken gun safety courses so you will not have a wild west bar shootout, you most likely would have a controled situation with much less injury and loss of life. I only wish two or three people in that theater had been armed. Even if one or two people were hit it would not have been what we got. 12 dead, 56 wounded.
