adobe photoshop CS3 is due out in april. If you are, or know a college student; you can get a massive discout [like 40% off] purchasing it through www.academicsuperstore.com. They will ask you for a fax/scan of student I.D. and some general information.

you might have some luck finding photoshop 7 [very good, hardly a difference between that and CS1 or CS2]
