Video of my first 10 second pass...

    ....Taken the weekend before Thanksgiving...

    [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Slk4ww8J1tk[/ame]

    That run was 10.93 @ 124 mph. I ran a 10.87 @ 124 mph just two runs later...

Now I can cross that one off my bucket list...

Great run! Your TA runs very strong, love it. I'm envious you can still race.

    225 cc AFR heads

    Dynatech 1 3/4 Headers

    FAST 90/90

    Hoosier 29.0" - 10.5 Slicks ( I love these tires!)

Bout all I can think of right now.

The only thing I've done recently to it is took of the y-pipe and replaced it (temporarily) with a couple of Dynatech split flows race mufflers. It did free up some power over the y-pipe...

Bogus. I see you had cool air, and a tailwind.
No tailwind, warmer day, I see that run being only a 11.10 @ 121. Slow!

J/K, that was sweet! Funny how the 'vette just sat there at the tree.

The DA was 2300 ft that day (altitude was already 1800 ft or so). Right now the DA in Houston is -500 to -1000 ft so I might be able to get into the 10.70's. We'll find out in 1 more week. The car is also getting ready to drop another 50 lbs or more...

I already know what it runs in 100+ deg weather, 11.04 @ 122 mph. And that was letting out 100 ft before the finish line. The video for that run is here:

    [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CYWelixlaW8[/ame]

It probably should have run an 11.00 that day had I stayed in it.

Well, you better get back to the track while the weather's (HOT) conducive for quick times!

    Nice 100 degree run too.

The in-car video was at Sealy, TX. The other one was at Thunder Valley in Noble, OK.
