They didn't show that part! That's the most important part. You don't want to look like a retard at the bar and spill it all over you. Plus, that shot of water can't be cheap.

Actually, now I am confused.
I suppose you can put the license on the whiskey first, then hopefully hold it properly while you tip it over on top of the water. Now the vid shows no other movement. Are you supposed to move the license a lil bit? I suppose you have to, otherwise the liquor and water switch places 'through' the license?
Actually, I really thought that was the trick at first. It doesnt seem so cool now...
