Nope, Nurburgring is a lot different than that. I think that is LeMans in France

The was the Mulsanne straight that he was hauling ass down. I believe that either the GT40 of the 427 Cobra went over 200mph on it in the 60's and caused the sanctioning bodies to limit the speed of the cars. I can't imagine cars back then were too stable and 200mph!!!
