It just fluctuates for some reason, I wish I knew why. It's 100% throttle.

Funny thing is even though I am technically the owner of the vehicle and it is under my name, my mom still thinks its hers even though she drove no more than 100 miles on that car. We got it from some old lady when it had 21,000 miles on the clock about 3 years back. Now its like 36,000.
