LMAO a 300 shot prolly grenades the stock 10 bolt before you can empty the first bottle! Either that or you best be running street tires!
PS - Brass Balls Award Winner! Kinda has a ring to it. LOL

Damn great point there. I just slapped on a set of Nitto 555RII's for this weekend at the track. I've never ran these tires before.
What's the best plan of action to get them to the correct temp, what RPM to launch @, and what PSI to run in them?
Hook a brother up, Tuner!

The first time I would do a nice burnout to where you have a decent sized cloud erupting from the back of the car. I would start in first and shifting into drive quickly. Then don't try to carry it out of the box. AND PLEASE DON'T DRIVE THROUGH THE WATER BOX DRIVE AROUND IT THEN BACK UP!!! If you don't water gets trapped in the tread of your monster front tires and you drive right into it.
Back to your first pass. After starting to poll out of the water box tires are NO longer spinning put the car in neutral and I would purge depending on weather or not you have a solenoid if not motor purge 3 times. This will give the tires a little time to cool because they don't want that big of burnout.
Now roll into the first beam. Remember to stage as shallow as possiable....Netting your best et. Barely roll forward after prestaging until the second light trips.
I have had NO luck hooking good with the Nittos.
What size are we speaking about 15's,16's,or 17's.
It makes a difference on the psi.

I'm worried about hittin the juice out of the gates on the tires tho, cuz if I launch at 2500, window switch kicks in at 3k... I really dont want to blaze them, and I sure don't want to kill the juice in 1st altogether...
Tell u what tho, they sure grab better on the street for sure than the street tires I had on there. Barely get a bark out of 2nd gear now...

I would start with 19lbs and work down from there. Your car is an auto I'm pretty sure you could handle the task of a hand held button by now right?
If so you can leave the wot switch and wire the button in series. That way you can hit the bottle in first about 70-80 feet out. Then if it starts to spin you can let off the button or even pulse it to gain traction.
Sorry but I just don't use those window switches unless it's a virgin driver with a M6 thats just me though.
Did you say you put the V-6 springs in a while back when I had advised you too?
You going to Route 66?

Last T&T day at 66 was 10/13... so we're going to Byron.
No V6 springs yet, but I will be pulling the links off the front sway bar to assist a bit.
My car is a M6 BTW, but I'm no noob. I currently drive with the window switch cuz I was always worried about hitting it before 3k rpm... I have a bad habit of over doing myself @ the track... LOL
19lbs, rgr that. I just need a mostly clean launch out of the hole - I think the tires can hold down the 150 thru first as long as I've got them planted when it fires. If they're spinning tho it won't be pretty!

That whole 3000rpm is BULLSHIT!! I have MANY cars if NOT ALL that we hit it from an idle or 1600 at the most. If the tune is right there is NO issues.
PM me your email and I'll send you a clip of our car on 300 from 1600.

3600 rpms is too late on that small of a shot. i've hit 150 at 1800 rpms in first gear. i've done 200 at 2700 rpms.
brave up and hit that 75 at 2500 rpms and you'll notice the difference.
