# of passes on bottle

I was wondering how many passes ill be able to run off a 10lb bottle with a 125 shot? And aslo is $4.00 per pound of nitrous a decent price? Thanks!

$4 a pound is good.

On a 125, you should get 5 passes out of a bottle depending on you purge shows.

Thats only 5 cents more a lb then im paying so i would say thats pretty good. As far as how many runs i get about 5 sometimes 6 runs at the track with a full bottle. The trick is when you goto refill your bottle put it in the freezer for a while or in a cooler with ice and you will get more in there.

You should see 5-7 passes depending on brand and bottle pressure.

i get 4 passes running consistently on a 150 shot and then the times start dropping

I agree if you sit there and purge it your wasting your money purge as little as you need to i mean dont get me wrong make sure you purge it enough to be safe just dont go crazy and u will get 3-5 good strong passes

In my 05 GTO, all stock, and 150 wet shot with a tune of course. I get 4-5 pretty consistant passes before my time start dropping off.

I was getting 6-8 (1/4mile) runs using my TNT system jetted for 100hp shot before bottle pressure would drop to low for the heater to have an affect on pressure.

alot depends on the amount of runs- are you using nano or a bottle heater?

If not most see 4-5 runs if you are using nano then you can see 6 sometimes 7 runs on one bottle.
