depends on the shot. you shouldnt need any internal mods for most nitrous applications. I run a 150 shot on stock heads/cam/internals. As long as your car is tuned properly and you have all the safety equipment for your kit then you will be good to go

I run a wet shot. Safer in my opinion. You dont have to rely on the MAF to add the fuel that you will be needing and would be harder to run lean that way.

IT WILL HELP GREATLY TO RUN A TOTAL SEAL RING WITH A LARGE RING GAP FOR THE BOTTLE!!! AND A WIDER LSA ON THE CAM LIKE 112 OR 114!!!
A lot of our customers at the machine shop tell use during the intial build "Oh yeah I'll NEVER run the bottle" thinking it'll save them money on the build.
Then a year or two after they get used to the power they have they add the bottle.
The problem being is we set the ring gap tight because it's not a forced induction or high compression motor so NO need for the increaded gap. Then you put the bottle it adds SOO much cylinder pressure the ring ends butt together and chip the corners or even crack off pieces in MANY cases.

If your going to build a combo for the bottle PM me and I'll help all that I can.

Your other ?....Wet Is The ONLY Choice!!!
A DRY kit would be some sh_t I'de put on a rental car for the weekend NOT my own!!!
Don't be afraid of the bottle!!! Be afraid of your tune!!!

he is in the drivetrain section talking about building his LS1 on a budget so I dont think he is planning on doing a full fledged build up however I am going to PM you with all the stuff I just bought to get your opinion.
