    Nitrous? for me?

    got a friend who's oferring me a Dry Kit... came out of a Cobra... jeje... well the thing is... I wouldn't know the first thing about setting up my car for it, what do I need and such... kit is just be the bottle and the celeniods and foggers, nothing more... my car is automatic... so is it safe?... should I do it?... or just wait to built up the motor?

    are there lines to go from bottle to the solenoids and from the solenoid to the nozzle? you'll need to the get nozzle close to the MAF for proper reading to add fuel. 100-125 is about the max to use on a dty kit without adding larger injectors and/or upgraded fuel pump.

    don't mean to hijack your thread, but do you think a 200 hp HSW wet plate system with a better fuel pump be reasonable on a stock bottom end?

    been there done it. other than traction, i had no issues. i did it on a completely stock motor.

    for how long? what was your max shot until the motor started to hurt?

    i did a two stage 100/150 for a bit. would fall over at the 1/8. so, i went back to the single 200 shot. never hurt the motor. did toast a couple plugs once. went 11.26 @ 122.78

    remember this was all stock motor. from the stock TB to the stock exhaust manifolds. even the original LS1 intake.

    not too bad. the blower on the lightning makes it sound longer. 1.707 60ft.
