    Nitrous experts step in..

First off this is My plan for the new motor I am building.. So far I just have the block in my garage and it's in good shape, came from a 04 2500HD chevy that was knocking. I am building this motor Top to Bottom with the best of just about Everything.. Going to be spending some serious coin and I want to know what kind of Juice setup I would want to run with what kind of safety setup..

(Going to set this thing up for nitrous)
6.0L Iron block (Bore .030) (Going to be a 408CI)
Lunati Rotating Assembly rated to around 1200HP with 4.000 Stroke
    Custom Big Nitrous cam
    AFR Heads
    92 Fast/92 NW

Fuel system will be whatever I need to hold all this power...

I am hoping for right at 500RWHP maybe 530RWHP All motor with the cam and then I would like to throw some sort of nitrous on it from there.. I am thinking I will want At Least a 300, maybe more? Whatever you guys think.. I want 500RWHP all motor and then At Least +300 from there...

What kind of Nitrous setup do I need to run and what kind of safetys

For the motor, on a shot that size make sure that you have the appropriate pistons and rings to handle it. Off the shelf forged pistons usually only have a rating of around 200~250hp.

For the fueling, go with a standalone fuel cell. It will allow you to run a nice grade of fuel while spraying.

For the nitrous, without a doubt you're going to need a direct port. Feel free to shoot me over a PM to discuss any other questions you have or if you need any prices or part numbers. Thanks!
