    Needs Help

    to anyone who can help me


    i have a 99 corvette with an a4 trans

    3.42 differential
    twin flo cold air
    iat relocated
    coolant bypass
    velocity stack
    tri flo headers
    q tec electric cutouts
    tri flo cat back
    gutted cats
    computer tuned by t.t.s power systems

    i recently installed a 100 shot wet kit and the first time out i got a check engine light and the car started missing real bad.. i checked the plugs i got 4 broken plugs!! and the others seemed okay...the car is not missing but i hear a squeaking noise does anyone know what this is.. and what cause this nitrous accident...

    any help would be appreciated

    Did you change out your plugs for a colder set before you sprayed?

    seeing as you have tuned the car, you may have too much timing, which detonated the plugs. need to ask how much total timing they put in. and same about the plugs as matt asked. my next thought would be is you did put the jets in right?

    i had the whole kit installed by someone... ummm i put in the ngk tr5's dont know what the total timing was

    TR5s are like stock plugs. need TR55 or TR6. highly reccomend TR6. they will be cold enough.

    I ran the tr6's in my modded 98 z-28 with no problems and I ran a 175 shot...
