Full bottle cutting out.
I just recently installed a nitrous works universal kit on my 00 ws6. Clean install followed instructions to the T. I have been trying to dial it in right with the right fuel jetting with a 100 shot. When I first started spraying I believe I had to big of a fuel jet in because the car would bog as soon as I hit it than take off like a bat out of hell. So to correct the problem I took the fuel jet down 3 sizes. That corrected the bogging problem but now the nos is cutting out at the top of 3rd gear. Now this is a full bottle remind you and im not pinging. any suggestions?

sorry no pics at the moment. I have the bottle mounted horizontly with the nozzle elevated and the line facing the rear. I dont know what the pressure is the kit didn't come with it but i will soon buy one. im going to the track tomarrow hopefuly i'll get it dialed in. im goign to use a AC converter with a heating pad for the bottle maybe it will solve my problem.

well, by your description the bottle is mounted backwards , instead of forwards. line needs to be towards the front of the car, outlet pointing downward and top of bottle higher than the rear of it.
you are uncovering the siphon tube, as you accelerate.

thanks for the reply but I dont think that is the problem I mounted just as the instructions indacated. It evan had a exploded view of the bottle which showed the angle of the inlet tube. So im pretty sure the tube is pointing towards the rear of the vechicle.

Your description is pretty general also.
What kit or should I say who's is it?
Stock fuel pump?
So what jets are in it currently?
Computer tune is ALL stock?
Where did you get solenoid relay power from?Don't be afraid of the bottle!!! Be afraid of your tune!!!

The Siphon tube inside the bottle faces the rear of the vehicle,
the feed-line should be at the front.
I could be wrong but you describe a improper installation,
contact the kit manufacturer for proper jet sizes.

OK IT'S SIMPLE DO YOU KNOW WHAT A VOLTAGE DROP IS?
IF SO DO ONE WITH PRESSURE ON SOLENOIDS AND PLEASE TRY TO TELL ME YOU DON'T SEE AT LEAST 1.5v OR MORE.
If your instructions say anything about splicing power for solenoids through a factory circuit then I would find a new companys product!

Whats with the caps why you getting mad. well anyways fixed the problem I changed the angle of the bottle and the problem went away. it's funny though the kit came with wire splicers.
