Thanks Frost, i appreicate the info...

A lot of it depends on the camshaft also. Cams that have big overlap tend to bleed off alot of cylinder pressure at low rpm. That is how alot of people trick the motor by having alot of over lap bleeding off that pressure you can get away with running pump gas on a high compression motor.

How much bottle do you plan on spraying? Also it says your stroked in your info so what cam, head gaskets, and pistons are you running.

91 COULD be OK there are many variables that we can't take into fact with your general type ?.

Also what plug are you running with what gap?

make sure you upgrade your fuel pump if you did not with that badass engine to begin with.

I am running 150 wet kit with 104 octance fuel 10.8:1 compression and just pulled some timing. I would lean out at about 3/4 of the track wit the stock pump. I replaced it with the 255 Walbro in tank pump and adda mild tune and I nave not had any problems with it leaning out anymore. You can by that 255 Walbro for like $100-115 online somewhere. Install is easy!!!

Was the ring gap opened at all for the bottle?
Also what head gaskets did you use?
That cam will love the bottle since it's on a 112.
That baby 100 shot won't trick your trigger for long. You'll have 150 jets in there in no time.
I don't care for the iridium myself. I would run a Autolite race plug AR94 gaped @ .038 on your 100 and .035 on 150 if it was me.

You WILL want to change plugs also, probably TR6s (Tuner will disagree in favor of another brand I can't recall right now).... but might want to go TR7s based on ur altitude and leaner (hence hotter) mixture? That one was a stretch, but its something I would research with your choice of plug mfg or nitrous vendor if/when u pull the trigger.

WOOT! 460th post! Great F0#@ engine... LOL

I posted 2 different links for you for that fuel pump.
The plugs you should be able to get a local Napa order them for around $3 each.
Summit ang Jegs rape people at like $5 each.

I am on board with his plug gapping, but I am a TR6 guy too. I can get em at local parts stores for about 2 bucks, and run them in both nitrous cars and large % of FI cars as well.

Hard to believe you are on the stock pump, I see them run out in the 420-430ish rwhp range (dynojet, M6) regularly. The drop in pressure pushes your injectors to static early as well. If it was tuned around the pressure drop (hard to believe a drop like that can even be tuned around!) then it will be massively fat at WOT after the new pump goes in, so keep in mind you will need to have your setup touched up a bit. I agree, you will be maxing out your single nozzle kit in no time

It is the disign of the plug. If you look at the pic I have included the ground strap is cut half way back for better ignitability. Anti-Corrosive Nickel Plating which helps with corrosive race fuel. They also feature a large ground electrode for better heat transfer.

Plus they say NASCAR on the package.

    I can't stand NASCAR.
