At what PSI should I get my bottle refilled? I had a leak upon first opening the bottle that took me a minute to get the correct wrench for, dropped the needle down around the 700psi mark. The refill shop barely got it over 900psi.

What should the typical 10lb bottle weigh when full?

The typical fill I do will weigh 24.5-26lbs. FULL.
The pressure has alot to do with the temp. so it's hard to answer that part of your ?. I tune most cars at 1050psi range which is adj. by heating the bottle or ambiet temp. which is warm out here in AZ.
The only bottles that weigh 13 lbs empty are the old school tall thin ones.....Most newer bottles weigh 14-15.5 lbs empty. And on our fills we can usually get a little more than 10lbs.
We do gravity fills only. The air pump sucks!!!
You need to put the empty bottle in the freezer for at least 2 hours wrap with bathroom towel and take to you filler. Then all you do is hook the 60lbs bottle to your bottle and open valves.
In my opion we get a much better fill.
