    build up for nitrous

    Hey guys/gals i'm fixin to retire my maro from "stock stage" lol and stripper her down and rebuild it for "monster ls1 stage" i would like to build her up for nitrous and/ or a vortech or hell why not both my question is the motor has 130xxx on her now and still run like a bat out of hell can the ls1 stock block with the right inners handle something crazy like ...say a dual 300 shot with another power adder like a vortech? and if so what kind of "inners" should i go with? what size cam/head combo is the best way to go? Thanks everyone yall take it easy

    well. I hope you dont hope to build you monster motor with the stock bottom end. eagle makes nice rotating assembly, and I think scat does too. jump on summit racing, and do a little research

    I wouldnt spray 300 hp worth of nitrous with a blower.

    my question is: will it run on pump gas?

    No I Am Goin To Strip The Motor Down To The Block And Inspect And Look For Problems Then Build Back Up. I Dont Want To Go So Crazy To Where It Wont Run On Pump Gas So I Gues I Will Slow Down Some Lol And Anyhow I Been Doin More Thinkin Towards The Sts Turbo System. I Would Like To Get Into The 600 Hp Range With The Motor And Blower Or Turbo Then Go Another 100 Or 150 On Spray Thanks

    I wouldnt do sts turbos. pay the extra money, and get them mounted in the right spot. on the headers.

    just do a big cam, forged pistons, h-beam rods, highflow heads and throw a direct port 250 kit on it, and let er eat dude. then, you have a driveable car, and make tons of power only when you need it. makes for great street manners.
