Anyone here work in a place where they do VOIP provisioning? I'm looking for a super fast crash course.

I'm familiar with TCP/IP networks, routers, hubs, etc. I'm comfortable. I'd say I'm a strong 7 - 8 when it comes to knowing networks.

Do people still use hubs? If you do... give it to a hobo and buy yourself a switch

LOL, I'm not really sure if anyone does or not. I don't know of any one, but I'm sure there's a few floating around.

YEs, I work with VOIP.
You can easily go to the library, and check out a book on it. It would be more efficient then Me trying to explain to you over this venue.
I do not want to type that much stuff.

Cool, thanks. Some terms to go search out helps a bit. I'm not looking for the end all source for information. I'm just looking for a direction of what to get familiar with.
What type of system do you provision for and what software system do you use to provision?
