if you get the 87 or 91 your car will start to produce knock, and become sluggish

I usually run 93 but with a bad O2 senson I am like screw it. It runs like crap at light throttle so I will use the cheap shit. That was like months ago Funny thing is I can't tell a bit of difference. I went out street racing the other night and it ran like a champ.

    I don't know go figure....

I say always run 93, in a pinch 89, but never 87...I'd say most of the time it doesn't make a VERY "noticeable" difference, but on the inside of your motor it really does. Also when it does make a "noticeable" difference, it's going to be you needing new plugs. The higher the octane, the cleaner and better the burn. yada yada...

I ran with them all and could not notice the differance.Well almost. I got a knock at 125 mph and let off. but otherwise no change in performance. The manual tells you 87 is ok. That knock sensor is really great, works to a tee.

Well, you could use cheap oil, cheap brake fluid, cheap coolant, cheap gear oil / tranny fluid... But do YOU do it?... Fuel is definitely an important fluid...It all boils down to opinion tho
