blue metallic- 2000 trans am WS6
i know its been asked but 4.10 or 3.73...
imnot sure what gears to get. i have been set on 4.10s but now hearing you gotta go into 5th at the track? and how they are harder on the rear? i go to the track about 3 times a year. its a daily driver. drive on the hwy alot but wont mind the 4.10 on the hwy b/c of the 6th gear. (i used to drive a 99 mustang GT with 4.10s so 4.10 in a 6 speed will be better!) only mods i will do are 93 oct. tune, ls7 clutch kit, lid, or y pipe, and i already have a cat back. thats all i want to do. that and the free mods... just want to run consitsant 12's. oh i guess it helsp heres the car.. 2000 trans am ws6 M6 with 67k on it.
i liek that 3.73 are less stress on the rear (i think) but im afraid im going to regret not getting the 4.10s... tell me what you guys think... thanks!!!

blacker than wesleysnipes- 98' trans am
shit 4.10s all the way..hw is going to be shit when it comes to gas mileage. um yea its a lil rougher on the rear..but with new shocks and tq arm ect..you wont have to worry about it...it really wakes m6s up so dont worry hit 4.10s like a red headed step child.

Navy Blue Metallic- `98 Formula M6 HdTp
You don't have to use 5th at the track 4.10's in 4th gear should top out at 112- 115 mph @ 6000 rpm
