okay im taking my car to the track soon and i want to kno what would my car run???? guess??? 2001 camaro SS 31K, A4, LT headers, 3"X pipe, Flowmaster 10 Series Race Muffler, Single Chamber Delta Flow, SLP Lid Pkg, 85mm MAF, Transgo Shiftkit, new street tires. can u guys also tell me what would my rwhp would be around????

around 290-300hp should run 13.0-13.2 post your numbers after your run

i have a couple questions if u dont mind

the trans go shift kit..
- what brand did u buy..
- how much
- how do u install one
- can it be dont in a garage with normal garge tools
- and would i have to worry about my factory transmission

i got the transgo shiftkit from ws6store.com and it was about 120$ and it was kinda easy to install one and yes u can do it in garage with normal tools, u need 15mm, 10mm, 8mm, and thats all. if u get the transgo the video comes with it and itll show u how....but its better if u do it ur self its easy and ull save 200$....and u dont have to worry about the tranny just get a trans cooler too so it wont get to hot....but yah if u need more help tell me...

has it been hard on ur u-joints...
this doesnt require to drop the trans does it...?
also u say trans cooler..what kind did u get so i can get a feel for what to look at...

well its better to change ur U joints but u should be fine....and no it dose not require to drop tranny......and if u go to ws6store.com ull find the tranny cooler there like 68$ the b&b one but yah np if u need anymore help tell me...

interesting...i went to the track as well for the first time...union grove...wasnt expecting to run too well becuase i have the original tires which are completely run down (eagle f1 gs)...the SS (a4) has full exhuast and intake...ran a 13.560 @ 105.XX, got some major wheel spin off the line and dint catch soon enough, but still surpirsed to hit that time...sound like a bad time? especially on reg tires?

hmm....what headers and exhust u got??? i did 13.5 when i was stock but i got better tires on but is not the Dr's...maby get som good tires and ull do much better....i want to take it down to union grove soon with the stuff i got now and see what i do...

yea i ran again last week...this was friday night at union grove...got in line at 8 and did not run until 1030! kept on letting in bikes and shit...pissed everyone off...but anyways, it was fairly chilly out so i figured that would be good for intake but bad for tires....ended up running a 13.0XX @ 106.XX...60ft was 1.8 so i was pretty happy cuz i know that until i get some good tires on there im not gonna have spectacular times..i am convinced though that ill break into 12s next time around and quite frankly i think thats a good time fer not much done and stock tires

WOW, that 60 ft sure is pretty tuff to copy!! Ive got a 2000 Trans Am with drag radials, small cam, cat-back exhaust,filter(ram air),ported and polished TB,MAF,tuner(Diablosport) with an automatic with no converter and still cant crack 1.9 yet?! It bogs pretty bad. Saving up for converter!! Best ET 13.08@110.1...60ft...2.01. It was very HOT and VERY HUMID, which will kill horsepower! What else can you expect from Florida weather!
