Has anyone upgraded to a 3.73 or 4.10 in the SS or WS6? Is it worth it, let me know what you guys think. Thanks.

Are you an M6 or A4? Why would you only ask people with SSs or WS6s? Z28s and Trans Ams are the same cars.

It was just a question, I wasn't trying to offend anybody.

I got rid of my 2.73 and put a 3.73 in back in the fall. Big difference in acceleration. Lost some MPG though but well worth every penny

I have an M6 that had 3.42s in it and swapped in 4.10s, best mod i've done yet IMO

Put in 4.10s in my 98 Z28 a couple of years back. Lost a little bit of MPG, so I've learned to be a little nicer to the gas pedal. BUT...the difference in throttle response was amazing! Felt like I added 40-50 horsepower! Whenever I stop on the gas, I always get a little bit of a grin.

I have an A4 that had 2.73's. Upgraded to a Torsen T2R diff and 3.42's. HUGE difference...could have went with the 3.73's and stayed street-friendly with decent gas mileage. I see a lot of guys on here with the M6 go with either the 3.73's or 4.10's and love it.

Money well spent whatever you decide...depends on your goals and what you are building the car for.
