Time to start NEW MOTOR
I just finished the install of my new 408 and I was wondering if there is anything special I need to do to the computer system before I start it. This is my first engine swap in a fuel injected car and Im not sure if I need to do any thing after I put the battery in. I was thinking put the battery in and crank it. I sent Texas Speed my computer and they set it up for 36lb injectors so I wouldnt wash the rings out. They said I could break the motor in and drive it around until I get a real tune. Any response would be appreciated.

did they set the PCM up for your 408, or only change the injector sizing?
