    Shift Kit

Hi, I was looking into buying this 1999 Camaro SS and the owner said that it had a shift kit in it. I was wondering if there was any easy way to tell if there was one. When I drove it the car shifted hard into each gear but im not totally sure if that means it has a shift kit. Thanks

Shift kit can makes the shifts firmer, supposedly that is better on the transmission by reducing heat.

No not easy way to tell...... With your electric trans there is a couple different ways to boost line pressure.
It does greatly improve trans. life.
