i have never heard of a spark plug gasket? your head gasket might need to be changed but it can be other problems aswell

There is an indexing washer on the plug, but no gasket that I know of either. Is the oil on the porceline part of the plug or on the electrode? If the oil is getting on the porceline part of the plug it maybe your valve cover gasket, but if it is on the electrode then you could have oil blowby around the piston rings or from the valve guide seals.

I would say that you have a valve cover leak, no big deal to fix.
