    Wich mod next???

OK. Here's the deal. I want to get a ford 9". I have a 2.73 rear that has been making a little tapping noise(not a big deal). Ive been planning to change the rear for a long time plus the gears suck. But now im thinking I should hold off on the rear for now & add some more power. (I want Kooks headers)
But, I already bought these for the new rear:
    Chromemoly driveshaft W/1350 u-joints
    weld on relocation brackets
    ARP studs
    What should I do?
    SS3600,Juice & other stuff...

    You already bought the driveshaft?

How did you know the length to get.

Should think about a 12-bolt, more than strong enough and has a less of a h.p. loss to rotate. Weighs less too.

    Thumbs up

Put drop spindles on it and then add a mild lift kit. That would be BADASSSSS!!!

Go rear first hands down. Also, if you havent check out what gears would go best w/ the 3600.

I run a moser 12 bolt with 3.73s. I could use 4.10s since I have 28 in tires. With 26 inch tires the 3.73s are just right.

For an auto? I wouldn't even put that in a six speed. 12 bolt is all you need for an auto.

Well, the gears will give me 2 tenths at best, but the new rear will eat up some hp so it kinda evens out. Its the strenth & peace of mind im looking foward to.
